ok I have a deeply personal question having to do with your AMAZING weight loss. Did your boobs get smaller? ok so here is my reason for asking; I have been thinking about getting reduction surgery, but I also need to lose weight. I am just wondering if the weight loss will dramatically affect the chest region or just minorly. the more info you can give..the better. :)
YES!
My boobs got smaller. And droopier. I went from a 36C where I was oozing out of the cup to a 34B. The skin still believed I was a 36C, though. That's partly due to my age. Younger peeps still have springy skin.
A friend had reduction surgery. Then she had gastric bypass. When she lost all her weight, she had effectively no breasts to speak of. Her booblettes are perky.
Other, older friends did not have reductions, did the gastrics, and they have smaller, but noticeable breasts.
And, long as we're being personal, I had a mastopexy to deal with the droop. Couldn't be more pleased.
Save your $$ to deal with the aftermath of weight loss. :-)
Cool..thanks for the info. Several women in my family have gotten the surgery without losing the weight. Something interesting happened though..I swear they have all lost weight AFTER the fact..and seemingly they did it without changing diet or exercise. Maybe it's just an optical illusion. Ah well.
Interesting side note, they got their surgeries
covered by insurance under the complaint of back problems.
