This came through e-mail with instructions to send it back to the person who sent it, but also send copies to others with instructions to fill out and pass it on. I sent my responses back to the sender, but instead of bcc'ing it to unsuspecting peeps, I figured I'd post it on the blog. E-mail is just so nineties, you know?

4 comments make for a lot of heat
So how was Sweeney Todd? I'm debating whether or not to see it. It's not my typical choice in movies, but I love Johnny Depp. I've skipped other movies of his that weren't up my alley, but this one looked kinda cool. Gruesome, but cool. Is it? Cool, that is?
I really enjoyed Sweeney Todd. I sort of knew the story -- although I'd never seen it on stage -- and knew what to expect. Depp is very very fine. He plays the role beautifully and who knew he had such a fine singing voice? I looked him up on IMDB after and, sure 'nuf, he'd started out his adult life wanting to be a rock star, but got pulled into film instead.
The film is cool -- done with Tim Burton's usual attention to dark detail. See it.
