| 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour 1 cup Rolled oats 1/2 cup Wheat germ 1 1/4 tsp Baking soda 2 tsp Cinnamon 1 pinch Ground cloves, Be sparing! 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/4 tbsp Splenda or other sugar substitute 1 tbsp Protein Powder 1 tbsp Powdered dietary fiber 1 medium Apple, grated or finely chopped 1 cup Thick apple sauce, if using thin, reduce to just 1 cup 1/4 cup Water 1/2 cup Orange Juice 1/3 cup Molasses 2 tbsp Banana or prunes, pureed, instead of oil. Use canola oil if you'd rather 2 tsp Vanilla extract, if you use oil, reduce this to 1 tsp 1 cup Raisins |

| 1. Preheat oven to 350; Lightly oil pan. 2. In med bowl, mix dry ingredients; set aside 3. In another med bowl, blend wet ingredients, stir raisins into liquid ingredients 4. Stir dry ingredients into wet; do not overmix 5. Pour batter into pan, smooth 6.
