| 16 Wonton wrappers 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, fat-free, shredded 1/4 cup Cream cheese, fat-free 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp Sweet red pepper, chopped 7 oz Artichoke hearts, w/out oil, drained 1/4 cup Parsely, fresh, torn |

| Preheat oven to 350. Coat 16-hole miniature muffin pan with spray. Press wonton wrapper into hole, spray ends of wrappers with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine cheeses, cayenne, mustard in med bowl, mix well. Stir in red pepper and artichoke, spoon 1 tsp mixture into each wrapper. Bake about 15 min. or until cheese is set and edges of wrappers lightly browned. Garnish with parsley. | |
